Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS First Class, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your order and location.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70.00 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $70.00 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Digital Products Orders for computer programs and digital downloads will be delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping times or fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
